FREE ENERGY---IT'S HERE AT LAST By Bill Jenkins (This article is a reprint from the October 1984 issue of ABC Radio "LET'S TALK") A short time ago, a very bright young man was working in his lab, designing new circuits to improve his line of audio devices and speakers, already considered, by audiophiles, to be the best on the market. He was listening to the "OPEN MIND SHOW." My guest, that night, was Tom Bearden, one of the nation's foremost theoretical physicists. We were discussing Nikola Tesla and T. Henry Moray and the very real prospect of today's science finally being able to achieve what those two physicists had done years ago; tap an energy source that was limitless and free. What we said stirred this young man and inspired him to plunge into a new project. He tinkered, experimented, went through periods of trial and error, worked through the night, night after night, with that exhilaration one has when he is on the brink of discovery. Finally, he had it. He tested and tested. It was real. He contacted Robert Ratzlaff of the Tesla Book Company to inquire as to the whereabouts of Tom Bearden so that he might ask questions. After a few weeks, contact was made. What started out to be just a conversation between an inquiring young man and learned expert turned into a series of lengthy conversations as our young men, here in California and Bearden in Alabama, went over the circuits, item by item, and test procedure after test procedure. It was real. It was working. It was literally doing what accepted science says cannot be done. It was producing much more energy than it was using-- usable energy, which could go to work, powering an unlimited number of devices. It was, indeed, a free energy device. Then an amazing thing happened. This young Los Angeles man, whose formal education ended when he graduated from Granada Hills High School, made an astounding decision. He would literally give this device to mankind. He did not want to patent it, or control it. Rather, he wanted to make it available to the people of the world, to use as they may. With that decision firm and working closely with Bearden and the Tesla Book Company, he published a paper detailing how you, I, or anyone, with the slightest knack for electrical tinkering can make this device for themselves. This development came to my attention when I received a complimentary copy of the paper, followed quickly by a call from Ratzlaff and, a few hours later, one from Bearden. I was astounded and delighted. At my request, Dr. Patrick Flanagan, an electronic genius in his own right, came to Los Angeles and spent a number of days with our young inventor, testing the device, going over the theory behind it, and calculating the results. It was, indeed, what our young man had said it was. He had successfully developed an electronic device that literally draws upon the power of the universe and uses this power to do work. Confident we were indeed dealing with a truly free energy device, plans were quickly made to tell his story on "Open Mind." Reaction to the show was swift. During the course of the next week, a number of scientists and physicists sought out our young inventor. They came from the leading universities and high-tech industries in the area. Mostly, they came to prove the device was not real. They went away stunned, their concepts of physics shattered. It worked! It did the impossible! It generated more electricity than it used-- dramatically. Word came from a man who runs a lumber camp in Colorado. He built the device, from the paper published by our young inventor, and it is now powering a bank of halogen lights in the lumber camp. At the present time, I am happy to report that our young inventor is working with a group of businessmen who want to quickly provide this device to the American public and do it at the least possible cost. The first product, scheduled to come out of this venture, is a little box not much bigger than a bread box. This unit will be designed to tie into your electrical system at home. It will draw one amp of current from the utility company and, from that "kick start," will generate 10 kilowatts of electric energy, about twice the amount needed for the average home with everything turned on. It is hoped that the cost will be less than $ 500.00 to the homeowner. The home electric bill, utilizing this device, would be reduced to not much more than a minimum service charge, possibly less than $ 20.00. The bottom line is that this incredible innovation is here and is headed to the market place. And I am happy to say it started when a young genius named John Bedini, for some reason, did something he had never done before. He tuned into "Open Mind."
